Affirmative Action: Failing at Every Level

As part of a “minority” group, I think affirmative action in higher education fails everyone.

What was once thought as an effective tool for leveling the playing field, has now proved to have no effect in paving the road to equality.

According to the ACLU, affirmative action is, “one of the most effective tools for redressing the injustices caused by our nation’s historic discrimination against people of color and women.”
